Thumb Screw

Here is a plastic thumb screw adapter for converting case screws into a tool-less thumb screws. It's built for the specific screws in my own use case but I have included the STEP file and FreeCAD project file so you may modify it for your own needs. (Hint, you can use subtractive privatives to carve the pocket in the body and the hole for the screw to whatever size you need) Leave the hole a bit tight to give the screw something to bite and consider putting a couple of drops of thin CA on between the head of the screw and the thumb screw adapter once you have the screw fitted. (it should be obvious this is not for high-torque use cases but I'm saying it here for anyone it's not obvious to)I suggest printing it with solid infill or enough wall loops to make it effectively solid infill.
