The Thunderbolts, created by Kurt Busiek and Mark Bagley, first appeared in 1997's Incredible Hulk #447 before getting their own title a few months later. This team of seemingly new super-heroes united to fill the vacuum left by the then apparent deaths of the Avengers and Fantastic Four. “Created By” is a series of logo plaques that celebrates the original creators of your favorite Film, TV, and Comic Book characters and storylines!
