Loved mz4250's Tiamat, but didn't like the quality I was getting for the heads on my filament printers, so printed them in resin.
Was so impressed that I want to try to print the entire model on my Mars, but of course it doesn't it.
Imported mz4250's Updated Tiamat full model into Meshmixer, sliced off the base, then separated out the five heads, the tail and the wings.
Subdivided the tail and wings so they would fit on the Mars.
Added alignment pins and holes to all.
Note: the body is SO close to max size and Mars won't necessarily give you the full build space due to the tape holding the LCD in place, I would STRONGLY ADVISE to print this at 95% size.
Finished printing this a learned a few things.
Print orientation:
Red head: Printed with open mouth towards build plate, previous attempts with mouth to the sky had the two large horns fail.
Black head: Printed with mouth to the sky so it's two horns would print correctly.
Blue/Green/White heads: Printed w
