TIG welding Pedal

I designed this foot pedal because I didn't like the feel of the cheap original foot pedal on my Vector welder. The function of the pedal is inspired by the Youtube channel “This old Tony”. It's a little tricky to set the correct lengths of the cables and springs, but once you've got it right you can adjust both the preload and the trigger point.

Built using parts from a "Vector Welding" pedal.
- Plug-and-play electronics – no soldering needed (except for the connector).
- Additional mechanical components required: ball bearings, two tension springs, a 10mm shaft, some string a few bolts and Nuts.

Required bearings:

2x 6800 / 61800 2RS 19x10x5 mm
4x 694 ZZ / 2Z CN V2 P6 GS 11x4x4 mm
