Tiger 1 - Chibi Tank

I remixed this Tiger 1 and split the turret off so you can rotate it. I also added some details such as:
- Added Commander hatch
- Drivers vision port
- Gunner vision ports
- Hollowed out the barrel
- New Turret without tracks on the side
- New Lower Chassis with no tracks
