Tikitreiler

One of my design submissions for the Tikitreiler challenge. The overall design is similar to others in order to keep the 700mm distance between axles. Parts are designed as simple sheet metal parts that can be laser cut and bent. Frame tabs as well as axle spring perches are to be welded. Since no information about the hub and spindle was presented, i just took a best guess at the original drawings that were given with the challenge and made a spindle with a bolt flange for attaching the hub. The spindle is to be pressed into the axle tube and plug welded. This can, however, easily be changed depending on the hub assembly they are actually using.
