Tikitreiler- our solution

Here is our design. It's a little bit other concept than others - see positioning of parabolic springs. Parts are easy manufactured by laser cutting and bending. Component mountings are welded to main frame, we think it's faster and safer than drilling holes and screwing, since whole frame is welded it can be made in one process. Every manufactured part is based on 5mm sheet metal, so can be cutted from one sheet - material saving. Here are screenshots of MES analysis, assembly and manufacture drawings.
