Tilt mount remix

Just a small mod to allow tilting the display controller.
I used screws to mount the bottom to the top so in Cura, I push the case bottom below the Z zero to remove the snap lugs.
I recommend scaling the top up by 100.1 in x and y just to make sure you don't have issues getting the LCD board or the new bottom in to the cabinet.
If you do not want the text "Coffee Grinder" on the case, download the original. They are 100% compatible with each other.
# Warning!
### If tilted so the case is above the bed, the hotend CAN collide with the LCD case if you print something large.
