Timing Belt Problem

I am looking to solve the problem for timing belt. how to do it in solid works. I know the belt design feature in solid works but that just generate a 2d sketch. what if i want to make a 3d part. i am trying to work on 3 pulley system, Belt section S5M, belt length is 1145 with 229 no of teeth. i am attaching a file for reference
