Tin Man Accessory Re-mesh

Several of the parts were in dire need of repair, but the banner pole was unprintable with a big void and tiny floating bits, so I redid the mesh. Also did a little touchup on the head of the bull to more closely match the original tin.
Added additional detail to the interior of the hat for displaying it open.
Added science fiction tubes to the rear of the body plus a slight Boolean subtraction to aid in backpipes placement.
Mildly hollowed the tips of the exhaust tubes on the backpipes.
