This is a lower mount/anchor for a Tineco PWRHERO 11 cordless vacuum cleaner.
Helps prevent wear at the stick attachment point from getting bumped.
Simply snaps onto the vacuum shaft.
I would imagine this also would work for the other Tineco models but I haven't tried it on others.
Drilled holes for mounting with screws.
