Tiny Epic Zombies Map Tray - Remixed

I took Tev's awesome interconnected map trays for Tiny Epic Zombies, scaled them larger for sleeved cards, raised the top part of the tray, and decreased the tab tolerances for a tighter fit.

I didn't like my original 0.5mm tolerance on the tabs, so I've increased it to 0.75mm. It's still a tight fit. With the 0.5mm I had to sand some of my pieces, probably due to my slicer settings.

The sleeved cards fit perfectly now except for a tiny bit around the corners. You may want to round your sleeve corners, particularly at the open end. Or not as the good fit does mean that the map cards won't fall out. Popping the sleeved cards out with no damage is easy due to Tev's design.

For the new design:
The new design has been modified to add two tabs or slots to each side. The reason for this is to support the entire Tiny Epic line of games, particularly Tiny Epic Defenders. For Tiny Epic Zombies, you'll need 9 of them.
