I came up with this Tiny Torch on a recent holiday, many torches are made of metal and not really suitable for key chains etc.The Torch Dimensions are 34mm Length and 15.5mm diameter.This torch uses the really cheap LED Modules available on popular online retail sites. you can buy 20 for £6.00 or $8 which is amazing.This little Torch lasts for 5 hours + with my first prototype the off sets were too tight and I couldn't turn it off, it lasted for over a week, albeit not full on but still enough light to find something in a tent etc.To assemble the Tiny Torch first remove the isolator tab from the LED Module, the bottom of the LED module then has to be pushed into the non screw side of the body, I secured this with a spot of CA Glue although it is a snug fit, then screw then fully screw together the led module, the module is then pushed into the shroud unscrew now to turn off, the torch is energized by twisting the body clockwise whilst holding the torch shroud, anti clockwise to tur
