Tiny Touch Mount for Tevo Nereus

This mount is to mount Tiny Touch (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3833861) to Tevo Nereus printer. I use original screws for a hot end fan to attach it to a printer head and use two ST2.9x9 screws to attach Tiny Touch to the mount. I used 0.15 resolution because I have 0.3 nozzle installed for a previous project. I believe that standard 0.2 resolution with 0.4 nozzle will also work just fine.
