TinyJoypad compatible clamshell case

This is a clamshell style case for the TinyJoypad gameconsole, focusing on minimal footprint and minimal number of parts.

BOM:
- Attiny85 DIP8 (one for each game)
- DIP8 socket (if you plan to change games later)
- 1x 128x64 SSD1306 I2C OLED (0.96", 4pin)
- 4x 6mmx6mm silent tactswitches (through hole)
- 1x 12x12mm tact switch (through hole)
- 1x 9x3.6mm slide switch (if you want to be able to turn if off with battery in)
- 1x 10K resistor
- 2x 22K resistor
- 2x 33K resistor
- 2x 88K resistor
- wires (old IDE HDD cable is ideal)
- 1x 30x3mm screw for the lid
- my design does not use one, but you can add a piezzo-speaker for sound
