Tissue Box

First create a rectangle that is 4.5" by 4.5". Push the rectangle up 5". Then use the offset tool to make walls that are 1/16". Hollow out the tissue box with the push pull tool. One one side of the wall, create a 1/16" inch wide top. Create a circle in the middle of the box. Use the push pull tool push down the circle until it disappears.
