This is a typical tissue roll holder found in Malaysia toilet paper installation.
In case any needs to use it, you can print the long part without any high precision, the lowest resolution with no 5% infill is fine.
Print the long part first, stuff a sponge into the end and press fit the short part into the long part and it will work like charm.
