The Neoden TM220A and TM240A both have a front loading plate (FLP) for IC's or other large components.
The original FLP that comes with the unit has large holders that you have to slide your components up to the edge and hope that they are aligned. This is designed to help with IC's and other components that don't fit in the reel holders.
My need is a little different. I wanted to use it for components that are used on specific boards, whilst the rest of the reels are used for jellybean resistors and capacitors etc.
Using the Fusion360 file should allow you to modify the IC holders to fit whichever IC's you're running on that project. The first I needed was a QSSOP-24.
Neoden couldn't share the drawings with me, so I made my own. :)
