Tmat Bed Mat 2-by Corner Bracket

This is a corner bracket for the Tmat bed mat system that is intended to be used with common 2-by dimensional lumber to create a corner divider for your Tmat bed system. The bracket has a hole to accommodate a screw to hold the lumber if you don't need to be able to remove the bracket from the lumber. I leave mine so the lumber sections are removable from the brackets which allows me to easily reconfigure the system as my needs change. The lumber in the example pics is dimensional framing 2x6. The corner brackets pair well with the straight 2-by brackets in my designs. I printed using ABS-GF. The print profiles I uploaded create very strong parts with thick walls to stand up to the abuse in a truck bed. I designed the brackets in multiple parts to minimize supports. The X plugs are attached to the brackets with #6 x ¾" stainless panhead sheet metal screws. I recommend using a little thick CA glue as well before installing the screws for the most durable assembly.
