Tmat Bed Mat Panel Connector

This is a simple double male connector tab for the Tmat modular bed system. The 2"x12" Tmat filler panels do not have a male connector tab on one end, only a slot on each end. This creates a slightly weak connection when multiple 2"x12" filler panels are installed end-to-end. For my F250 installation of the Tmat bed system, I installed extra 2"x12" filler panels on each side behind the wheel wells to increase the bed mat width. I created this connecter tab to make a stronger mat assembly. I printed using ABS-GF filament. It has held up very well under some pretty significant abuse in this application. Simply slide the connector in place then tap with a mallet to completely seat it in two adjacent panels where needed. This connector only fits the newer 6 slot panels.
