I got tired of buying new toasters only because of a broken handle. KitchenAid KMT422OB is the model of the toaster this was designed for, but I suspect it may work on others. Initially I tried making the handles from PLA but those eventually broke so I decided to try NylonX instead. I suggest printing two at once and also set your slicer to slow down to 10% speed if layer completion time is less than 15 seconds. No support or rafts were used but you must be sure to turn cooling fans off completely or the part will warp and come off the bed. Bed temperature used was 65C and print head was set to 265C. I print inside an enclosure, but it may not required as long as your room is warm, and not draughty.
Please note that I print this object standing straight up with the quasi-oval face on the bed. I did use a bed adhesive called Vison Miner NanoPolymer. Visionminer.com I purchased mine from at Matterhackers.com. It is expensive, but so are failed NylonX prints.
