Todo Ruler3 rulers for organisingSo I simply draw boxes and then categorise my todo with: (tick) is done, (cross) is not, (arrow) is sent on, forwarded, postponed another day and (line) is considered but then cancelled etc, so its not ignored or forgotten but time has moved on and its no longer relevantspacing is roughly std A4 notepad3 styles, 2 off each, one is thin lines for a fibre tip pen or propelling pencil, the other is thicker for a ballpoint pen or pencil
