Toggle light lock-both on/off

keeps a dual-sideways toggle switch for light to a locked on/off position.

I only needed the middle screw version since I didn't want to use too much plastic but I made a second version that uses the outer screws for a more secure hold, if you need it.

I can also make a version that has one on the other off, if you want, let me know!
