The screws used are M3x16mm, you can probably get away with M3x12mm. The magnets used were supposedly 6x2mm but seemed to measure 6x1.5mm.Since I made this for flying initially, the base tiles are mostly switches related to a Comanche 250 but there are blank tiles in the 3MF and STL files to edit as needed, 1mm text height seemed to fit well. I would recommend putting a magnet into a tile first then using that to align the magnets properly on the panel side and glue those, then glue the tiles as needed, most of mine were press-fit. There are arrows on the back of the tile to show alignment for up down as the whole panel can be flipped over depending on if you want the toggle switches on the bottom or top row.
