Toile Paper Roll Shelf Using Command Strips

Wanted to make a shelf design that wasn't permanent. There is spacing on the back for command strips with the two sided locking velcro. So shelf can be interchanged and improved if needed. Command strips allow to be renter friendly. Or go on surfaces that can not be drilled like plastic tubs or glass.
