This is a replacement toilet flapper. The lower bulb is roughly 40 mm diameter at its widest part x 32 mm long. The top "brim" is about 100 mm diameter x 12 mm high. The "fins" in the back extend about 50 mm away from the brim.
I printed this in a flexible filament (Polyflex) so that the fins can easily attach to the float/fill valve post. There are TWO bulb styles - pick ONE to print:
Flapper_Bulb_Solid - designed to be printed solid
Flapper_Bulb_Hollow - designed to float while water is flushing
I separated the bottom bulb from the top brim in order to print them separately. This way, no supports are needed. You will need to glue the two parts together to complete the assembly. There are pilot dimples on both parts to help with alignment.
Depending on your print settings, you will likely need to coat this item to make it waterproof (ex. XTC-3D or other epoxy resin). Lastly, it is unclear how long 3D printed materials will last in chlorinated potable water (chloramines, e
