Toledo Face Shield

This is the face shield approved by Promedica Toledo hospitals.

It was designed/edited in a joint effort by both myself (Ryan Lawecki) and Nikko Mendoza.

This model utilizes a standard office 3 hole punch system which makes it easy to create the clear shielding quickly from A4 sized sheets. It has a closed top for added safety and it will fit on most head sizes but hooks are a available in back for runber bands or hair ties if needed. It is lightweight and take about 1:15 to print with the right settings.

It is important to get approval from the hospitals you plan on donating to before making a lot as each hospital system has different criteria for approval.

Good practices: wipe down build plate with IPA, when print finishes remove with a nontouch tool and place into a sealable bag. This ensures the frame stays sanitary.

Do not send with sharp edges or blobs/zits as this can tear gloves and also make it uncomfortable to wear.

100% infill is reccomended and PLA and PE
