Tolerance Tester

This Tolerance Tester will test the fitting of pins and rods into holes with various tolerances. The holes (circles and squares) in the base are all dimensioned to have a maximum width/diameter of 0.35in. The rods that fit into them are dimensioned to be the following widths (loosest fit to tightest): 0.250in, 0.275in, 0.300in, 0.325in, 0.34in. Keep in mind that this is a pretty small print, so the first two tests may feel ‘really loose’, but could be great tolerances for larger parts that fit t
