TONuino Case

Attention: the powerbank I used was discontinued and I didn’t find another one that would work as a drop in replacement. If you want to use this design your best bet is adjusting the step file to fit your powerbank. I won’t provide a revision because my second Tonuino will be redone from scratch.



With inspiration from all the cases already presented I wanted to create my own with the following goals: minimalistic design, simple assembly and disassembly, easy to print.

This is the first result. I'm still trying to tweak some details. Feel free to add your comments to remix it to your liking.

Everything prints without supports with the correct orientation (you have to rotate it) and is optimized for layer heights of 0.2 mm and a line width of 0.45 for inner and outer perimeters.

I printed the Case in PLA and the support in PETG. Everything in PETG might be smarter though.

- the front: most of the hardware is mounted here.
