A locking handle for a multi-section toolbox.
If you try googling the SKU number on the original bracket (H1500043, H1500042, H1500035), the only relevant thing you will probably find is a feedback section on the official site where people complain about how easily they break and that they are not sold separately.
Hopefully this will let someone keep their toolbox and not to buy a new one just because this little thing broke.
