Unfortunately the endstop from E3D lasted only 4 bed level calibrations before it broke. I scanned for replacement part, but none available.
This "holder" make use of a standard endstop switch, which most of you have lying around at home. just make sure to take away the metal leaver.
WARNING !!!!
New Z-leveling must be done. The new swich placement is roughly 2.7mm off from the original in z-led. Failing to do proper z-leveling will break your machine.
