Tooling Work Horse

adjustable horses used for making large welding fixtures. these can be bolted in place if required (probably not) and are adjustable in height. i use two or more of these when i'm buiiling a tool and use a transit to shoot them in place so i have a level working surface to build from. not painting the top tubes allows the ground clamp to be place on them. the adjusment is nice if an offset is required as well. additional fasteners are here to remove any slop after the horses are shot. the height adjustment is set using the acme thereaded rod in the towers and there is enough room to pass a broom under them for easy clean up at the end of a shift. these are heavy as hell but they are probably my favorite surface to build a job on.
