When printing I would recommend PETG to prevent warping but PLA will probably be okay. The drawers should be printed point down and with a brim to avoid them falling down, no supports are needed if your printer can handle small brides and 60 degree overhangs. You can print with or without the drawers but the one without drawers is much easier to print.
