I wanted a really simple but really strong toothpaste squeezer so I made this! No matter how hard I turn and squeeze a tube, it doesn't feel at all like breaking Make sure you have support on for the pole handle/grip. I did tree auto Assembly steps: On the turning pole, put in the o-ring cap Slide on an octagon ring Slot in toothpaste Slide on second octagon ring I like using the rings to hold the toothpaste in place as seen in the pictures, but you can have them anywhere along the pole Slide whole assembly into printed tube Turn to squeeeeeze!
