toothpick dispenser-Santa version

I replaced the bare head with Santa's head, you may color the hat red to make it more "festival".

I also separate the toothpick's holding part from the lower box from which was originally attached, you may replace the upper holder with different characters, like Bat Man.

I also adjusted the tolerance a bit so that the parts can move more freely, but it may very depends on different printer settings.
