Toothpick Wagon Wheel

My kids decided they were going to poke toothpicks through cardboard toilet roll tube to make cars. What can we use for wheels dad? Cut them out of cardboard I said!

So anyway here I am 3d printing some wagon wheels that fit a toothpick as the shaft - uploading because I know i'll be asked for them again now!

*edit: Added a wood-textured wagon cart - long for extra stability when being whizzed down the hallway by enthusiastic kids. This thing goes surprisingly fast!


They are 60mm diameter, because thats the number i made up at the time, and the shaft is 2mm. I have included a test piece for the shaft in case your toothpicks are different, 2-2.2mm is standard size but if you have to scale them one way or another, better to spend 3 mins printing a test piece first to find out.
