Top seal for threaded headset

This is a replacement top seal for a 1" threaded headset with a 22.2mm quill stem. The original plastic part cracked and I couldn't find a way to replace it without replacing the whole headset. It's a tiny part and not critical but still good to include. This fix is working fine so far.
