Hi all,
This replacement is a close representation on what I was able to recreate the lower part for the Topeak Modula Java. Specifically, this is the sliding part that sits on the rail. This works well enough but has a larger holder diameter than the original. If you want to take a look at my public project on Autodesk Fusion 360, here it is:

If you wanted to remix this design, I would suggest rolling back to Step 19 and to revise the prongs to something that fits better.
Just a FYI: If you came here looking for a replacement for the Topeak Modula EX, I'm afraid to say that the rails on that bottle cage is different by a few centimeters. I found out the hard way but I can revisit this design to something that can accomodate that design.
Printing with PLA should be fine because the major stress is more on the rubber band end or the bottom rails. If printing with ABS, you might be experiencing better results.
