Topographic Volcanoes

You can make topographic stl files and print them for any place.
Go to http://jthatch.com/Terrain2STL/ and export your stl for free.
Resolution is dependent on location. Here are 2 volcanoes, I can see Mt. Baker from where I live. Paint the finished model and it will look great.
Output is rectangular so I trimmed to square for printer. You could divide up stl into pieces to print larger final map. Places in the US have higher resolution.
