Tormek stubby chisel sharpening holder

WARNING: Don't over tighten the chisel in the holder. You only need it to be tight enough not to slip EASILY! Over tightening will cause racking and binding on the shaft, and may even break the jig.

Despite being called a stubby chisel holder it will work with full sized chisels too.
Because this holder holds the chisel below the bar rather than above it, it can hold even the stubbiest chisels at the proper angle. Even if that angle is quite steep.

Assembly requires a prong t-nut and a carriage bolt. The included file is sized for 1/4 inch (6.2mm) bolt & t-nut but you can use customizer to configure whatever you need.

I used hot glue to seal the carriage bolt top inside the knob halves but super glue should work fine too.

I used 40% fill. You can probably get away with less.
