Tornado Bong Fixed Supports

This is a simple remix I did to fix issues I had with printing. Added 4 support pads into the top of the water chamber in an effort to fix mid-air printing.
Also added extra material to the downspout to improve adhesion.

Flush the bottom to the buildplate before printing
