Design based on SimpleShot's Torque slingshot.
You need two M4 nuts, two M4 bolts and two washers if you want to use it with the pieces to clamp the rubbers.
The pieces to clamp the rubbers may need to be printed with a horizontal expansion of -0.1 or -0.2 to fit in the hole. Maybe not.
In Pla, I recommend a minimum of 4 or 5 walls and good filling.
