Pulley cover for the newer torqueboards 63mm motor mounts.
Fits 90mm wheels, but can be adjusted to accomodate for bigger or smaller wheels.
It covers the edges of the motor mount to protect the mounts and motors from bumps and scraping, but also works for me as a stand.
I do advise to use threadlocker on the bolts to avoid having them fall off. (Personal experience)
