Totem Cam Thumb Loop Replacement

All of the older Totem cams purchased through Kailas are having their thumb loops disintegrate. This is not a safety part, but it does make them very hard to use.

This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6414288 with the following modifications:
1. Made 10mm wider so it is the same width as the original part
2. The cross section of the loop made asymmetric to make it easier to print and to make it closer to the cam head.
3. Far less filleting on the part because I suck at OpenCAD.

I printed them in TPU 95 so they have a nice flexible feel, but print ugly on my machine with a Bowden feed.
