based on the theory of cooling towers, it can create a simple structure of metal rods and wires treated with hydrophobic coating, can generate a parabolic surface. these surfaces have the characteristic that, for a minimum of material (volume) generates a maximum area. conceptual design is valid for any place on earth, for any terrain, is cheap to build and maintain. does not depend on wind direction or speed, and could be a reference in the water catchment systems for atmospheric condensation.
