Update: Tolerances reviewed and I included the Fusion360 file. Anyone making this better or giving me advice is welcome. As I stated below, this is my first try at Fusion360.
This is my first attempt of a Fusion360 design. My son received a huge rc toy crane with a hook and an excavator for christmas.
I wanted to contribute some parts and started the design of a crane grab. In this design I included a printed spring but one should clearly use an alterative like this one (Vaterra spring soft / yellow 18x25 mm 2 pcs VTR233008)
You also need some m1.6 or m2 12-14mm screws or bolts (depending on your printers accuracy).
As for the parts, you'll need 4 Arms and 4 "Verbinder.
Assembly: Put the Spring on the part „Aufhängung„ and push part „Aufhängung2“ on top with reasonable force. (I used an alligator wrench). Afterwards glue "Aufhängung3" on top.
I printed this before adding some tolerance and it still worked. Even the plastic spring is somewhat okay.
This is work in pro
