These are the parts I have created to turn a servo and mini micro-switch in to a Z-probe for the [ToyREP](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:945156).
The servo I have used is a SG90, the microswitch is branded as "KaiChe". Both seem to be widely available on eBay and AliExpress.
The bracket for the servo mounts onto the shroud for the cool end, behind the fan. I found that I could use the original screws in the upper two mount points, but required longer ones for the lower two as I also have the [ToyREP Hotend Cooler](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1276315) installed.
