This is a remix of MStoneDK's RE450 stand. It was too difficult to edit the original in Fusion360 (I'm a bit of a newbie here) so I created it from scratch, the concept and design is virtually the same.
The remix option at the time of upload wouldn't allow me to tag his thing, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3872464
V2 I raised the left and right sides up to just below the first vent holes of the RE650, V1 is measured identical to the RE450 stand, I can't speak for the 450 but the RE650 bottom isn't completely flat, so while V1 works as intended, V2 helps to better locate the device into place.
I wanted mine screwed down into my office buffet, I placed the screw holes on the leg ends so if the print warped at the bottom it can be screwed down and you wouldn't know.
I have attached the original Fusion360 file, I know how painful it can be to edit someone's work from an STL file, if you don't like screw holes you can easily remove/re-place them inside the base.
