Modular, swappable USB and SD holder, fast and easy to print.
Print as many as you need and build your customized holder in any shape or size.
Available sockets: USB-A, USB-C, SD, Micro-SD.
Printer: Creality Ender 3
Nozzle diameter: 0.6 mm
Material: TPU
Slicer: Ultimaker Cura
Quality: Draft (0.32 mm layer height)
Infill: 0%
Top layers: 0
The parts are meant to be printed face-down. Having 0 top layers and 0% infill will result in an "open back" piece, allowing to save material and improve flexibility.
UPDATE: Added a "screw" piece to fix the system to a surface (like a wall or a desk). I recommend printing this part with PLA, 100% infill.
NOTE: Tolerance is highly affected by printer model, nozzle size, slicer settings or filament brand. If the parts are too loose, go to your slicer and set "Horizontal Expansion" to positive values, if parts are too tight set it to negative values. Try small increments (max 0.1) at a time.
