(tr)uSDX Knob

I was looking for a good knob to use for the trusdx, as I wasn't fond of the original.

So I remixed MiseryBot's as I really liked the design, though it didn't fit nicely on the rotary encoder used in the kit and it was too large for this case. This version is an appropriate size for the case, and also expanded the rotary encoder shaft hole a little as it was just a smidge too tight. Now it fits perfectly; snug but will stay on without any wobble. The finger dial slot could be a little better, but it's a rather small knob and hard to go too much bigger with the hole without dipping over the side (which it could do, but I like it better like this).
